License Agreement Policy	*License Agreement* The cost of the license agreement (see Note 4) is being amortized on a straight-line basis over 10 years. The license agreement is tested annually for impairment or earlier if an indication of impairment exists. The Company believes that the license agreement has not been impaired.

Disclosure of accounting policy for finite-lived intangible assets. This accounting policy also might address: (1) the amortization method used; (2) the useful lives of such assets; and (3) how the entity assesses and measures impairment of such assets.
