Subsequent Events	Note 6. Subsequent Events Management has evaluated subsequent events for disclosure and/or recognition in the financial statements through the date that the financial statements were available to be issued. In July 2016, the Company issued a total of 227,273 shares of common stock valued at $0.022 per share to an individual investor in return for a capital infusion of $5,000.
