On July 31, 2007, Southwestern Energy Company (the "Company") made a presentation available to investors on the Company's website, http://www.swn.com.  The presentation included updated operating information relating to the Fayetteville Shale play and updated guidance regarding the Company's projected net income, operating income, earnings per share, net cash provided by operating activities before changes in operating assets and liabilities ("Net Cash Flow") and earnings before income taxes, depreciation, depletion and amortization ("EBITDA") for the fiscal year  2007.  Net Cash Flow and EBITDA are non-GAAP measures that are reconciled on pages 39 and 40 of the presentation.
