This Schedule 13G is being filed with respect to 22,495 shares of common stock of Reebok International Ltd. (the Common Stock) held by Weiss Peck & Greer Investments, a division of Robeco USA, L.L.C. as well as 3,303,510 shares of Common Stock held by Boston Partners Asset Management at December 31, 2004 for the discretionary accounts of certain clients. By reason of Rule 13d-3 under the Act, Weiss Peck & Greer Investments, a division of Robeco USA, L.L.C. and Boston Partners Asset Management, L.L.C. may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of such Common Stock.
