RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION (IN THOUSANDS, EXCEPT EARNINGS PER SHARE AND NUMBER OF SHARES)	A subsidiary of SHI International Pte. Ltd., in the discontinued fabrication segment, owed $515 to a related party and the loan was forgiven by the related party during the quarter ended December 31, 2012. The forgiveness of the loan amounting to $515 was recorded as additional paid in capital during the second quarter of fiscal 2013 and non-controlling interest for their portion of the related forgiveness.
