SUBSEQUENT EVENT	On October 2, 2012, management tendered the notice of termination of the lease rental of the fabrication yard in Batam, Indonesia. Based on the termination letter, the yard has to be vacated and handed over to the landlord by December 31, 2012.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
