Note 30. SUBSEQUENT EVENT (In Thousands)	In October 2012, PT SHI Indonesia a 100% owned subsidiary of SHI International Pte. Ltd. in which Trio-Tech International Pte. Ltd. holds a 55% equity interest, has communicated the notice of termination of the lease of the fabrication yard in Batam Indonesia. Going forward, fabrication projects contracted by SHI International Pte. Ltd. will be subcontracted to service providers who have the facility to undertake such projects.
