Trio-Tech Declares $0.10 Per Share Cash Dividend
     Van Nuys, CA, — December 5, 2006 — Trio-Tech International (AMEX:TRT) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 (US) per share. The cash dividend is payable on January 15, 2007 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2006.
     “This special cash dividend represents both a tangible reward to our shareholders for their continued support and a signal of our confidence in Trio-Tech’s future,” said S.W. Yong, Chief Executive Officer of Trio-Tech.
