The Company is currently responding to recent comments received from the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to its most recently filed Form 10-QSB and Form 10-KSB. The Company has delayed in filing its Form 10-QSB for the quarterly period ended August 31, 2008 (the "Quarterly Report") in an effort to ensure that the Quarterly Report conforms to the Company's responses to the SEC's recent comments.
