The contract identified in block 10a is hereby modified as follows:

1.	This modification voids Line #5 of modification 004 stating that the option year is a Requirements type option.

This contact is changed from a definite quantity to an Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contact. The guaranteed minimum starting on October 1, 2010 is ***. The guaranteed minimum will be delivered as follows: OCT-***, NOV-***, DEC-***, JAN ***, FEB- ***, MAR- ***. The price will be *** per watt. The value for the guaranteed minimum is $11,985,000.00.
