Concentration Risk Disclosure [Text Block]	12. Concentrations of Credit Risk Financial instruments which potentially subject the Company to concentrations of credit risk consist principally of cash and cash equivalents and securities available for sale. The Company generally maintains its cash in money market funds with financial institutions. Although the Company may maintain balances at these institutions in excess of the FDIC insurance limit, the Company does not anticipate and has not experienced any losses.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
