Note: For the three and six months ended June 30, 2018, there were no common stock equivalents excluded in the computation of diluted net income per share. There were no common stock equivalents excluded in the computation of diluted net income per share for the three months ended June 30, 2017. Common stock equivalents of 232,897 for the six months ended June 30, 2017 were not included in the computation of diluted net income per common share because their inclusion would have been antidilutive.
