Note: For the three months ended September 30, 2017, there were no common stock equivalents excluded in the computation of diluted net income per share. Common stock equivalents of 154,411 for the nine months ended September 30, 2017, and 334,184 and 1,480,118 for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2016, respectively, were not included in the computation of diluted net income per common share because their inclusion would have been antidilutive.
