RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 6 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS: As of March 31, 2024, and 2023, the related party payable amounts to the Director David He are $455,000 and $221,000, respectively, in purpose for cover certain operating expenses for the Company.
