RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 2 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of December 31, 2023, and March 31, 2023, the related party payable amounts to the Director David He are approximately $428,000 and $221,000, respectively, in purpose for cover certain operating expenses for the Company.
