NOTE 6 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 6 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS: As of March 31, 2023 and 2022, the related party payable amounts to the Director David He are $221,000 and $123,000, respectively, in purpose for cover certain operating expenses for the Company.
