Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain
Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On September 6, 2023, Adtalem Global Education Inc. (“Adtalem” or “the Company”) announced that Dr. John Danaher, President, Adtalem
Medical & Veterinary, will be leaving Adtalem effective September 15, 2023. The Company is actively searching for Dr. Danaher’s replacement.
In accordance with Instruction 2 of Item 5.02 of Form 8-K, Adtalem will amend this Current Report on Form 8-K within four business days
after the terms of Dr. Danaher’s departure have been finalized.
