The Company excludes stock options and unvested restricted stock and restricted stock units that have an antidilutive effect from its calculation of weighted average shares outstanding assuming dilution. At October 31, 2013 and 2012, the Company had 106,959 and 280,681, respectively, of antidilutive stock options and unvested restricted stock and restricted stock units outstanding which were excluded from this calculation.
