On December 8, 2016, the Board of Directors of Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a regular cash dividend of $0.33 per share of common stock, payable on January 6, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 2016.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

Thor Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend
ELKHART, Ind., Dec. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE: THO) today announced that its Board of Directors approved, at their December 8, 2016 meeting, the payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share.
The regular dividend is payable on January 6, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 2016.
