On June 6, 2013, the Board of Directors of Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock, payable on June 28, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 18, 2013.

 

A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

Thor Announces Regular Dividend

ELKHART, Ind., June 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE:THO) today announced that its Board of Directors approved, at their June 6, 2013 meeting, the payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share.

The regular dividend will be payable on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 18, 2013.
