For the three months ended January 31, 2023 and 2022, the Company had 169,350 and 235,552 unvested restricted stock units and performance stock units outstanding, respectively, which were excluded from this calculation as their effect would be antidilutive. For the six months ended January 31, 2023 and 2022, the Company had 186,895 and 132,942 unvested restricted stock units and performance stock units outstanding, respectively, which were excluded from this calculation as their effect would have been antidilutive.
