COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 12 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Operating Lease Commitments The Company leases a building in Oxnard, California that houses its corporate office and U.S. manufacturing facilities under an operating lease that expires on June 30, 2016. The lease agreement requires the Company to pay all maintenance, property taxes and insurance premiums associated with the building. In addition, the Company leases other facilities in California, Minnesota, Georgia, Canada and New Zealand. The Company also leases certain manufacturing equipment and office equipment under operating lease arrangements. A summary of future operating lease commitments is included in the contractual cash obligations table in Note 7. Supplier Guarantee The Company has guaranteed the debt of a supplier to a third party. The Company has recourse against the supplier in the event that the Company is required to make a payment to the third party under the guaranty.
