Legal Matters and Contingencies [Text Block]	NOTE 10 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Operating Lease Commitments The Company leases a building in Oxnard, California that houses its corporate office and principal manufacturing facilities under an operating lease that expires June 30, 2016. The lease agreement requires the Company to pay all maintenance, property taxes and insurance premiums associated with the building. In addition, the Company leases other facilities in California, Minnesota, Georgia and Canada. The Company also leases certain manufacturing equipment and office equipment under operating lease arrangements. A summary of future operating lease commitments is included in the contractual cash obligations table in Note 5.
