Denise R. Danner, Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation ("Pinnacle West") and Arizona Public Service Company ("APS" and together with Pinnacle West, the "Company"), informed the Company that she will retire from the Company effective July 19, 2019.
