ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On April 14, 2020 we issued a news release announcing our revenues and earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Also on April 14, 2020 our management conducted a call to review the financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the transcript of this call is included as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
