We have purchased 9.2 million shares for approximately $336 million, with $164 million remaining under this authorization at June 30, 2011. On April 28, 2011, our Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share, which was paid on May 27, 2011, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2011. On July 21, 2011, our Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share, which will be paid on August 12, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 29, 2011.
