Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 5, 2024, Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted Fast Track Designation for the development of 212Pb VMT01 for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma and who have demonstrated MC1R tumor expression. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
