Chinese Joint Venture	6. Chinese Joint Venture The Company currently owns 90% of a joint venture (the "Joint Venture") with the Jiangsu Hongtu Electronics Group, a provincial agency of the People's Republic of China (the "Agency"). The Joint Venture's business license expires October 18, 2043. There were no significant operations and no cash requirements in 2011 or 2010. The Joint Venture had no revenue for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively. It had no long-lived assets as of December 31, 2011 and 2010.

Other disclosures include (a) the names of any investee in which the investor owns 20 percent or more of the voting stock and investment is not accounted for using the equity method, and the reasons why not, and (b) the names of any investee in which the investor owns less than 20 percent of the voting stock and the investment is accounted for using the equity method, and the reasons why it is.
