On November 15, 2006, AmericanWest Bancorporation and Far West Bancorporation will make available to customers of Far West Bank a brochure including responses to commonly asked questions about the proposed merger of the two companies and the related merger of AmericanWest Bank and Far West Bank. The materials are attached as Exhibit 99.1.
