Merger Related Costs	Note M – Merger Related Costs During the six months ended June 30, 2013, the Company incurred $5.6 million of merger-related costs in connection with the acquisition of Community on January 10, 2013. These costs were primarily for severance ($2.6 million), professional fees ($1.5 million) and data processing costs ($1.2 million). No merger related costs were incurred during the six months ended June 30, 2014.
