Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events •In July 2020, we declared a dividend of $0.2335 per share to our common stockholders, which will be paid in August 2020. •In July 2020, we issued $350 million of additional aggregate amount of our existing 3.250% senior unsecured notes due in January 2031, or the 2031 Notes. The public offering price for the 2031 Notes was 108.241% of the principal amount, for an effective yield to maturity of 2.341%. The gross proceeds of approximately $378.8 million from this offering will be used to repay borrowings under our credit facility, to fund potential investment opportunities and for other general corporate purposes.
