Mid-Power Service Corporation is in the process of preparing its annual report
for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004. Until that annual report and the
intervening quarterly reports are completed and filed, Mid-Power Service
Corporation will be unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the
quarter ended March 31, 2005.
