Share-based Payment Arrangement [Text Block]	NOTE 7. STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION Stock-based compensation expense was $8,799 for the third quarter of fiscal 2022, $4,275 for the third quarter of fiscal 2021, $73,036 for the first nine months of fiscal 2022, and $41,297 for the first nine months of fiscal 2021. We calculate the share-based compensation expense using the Black-Scholes standard option-pricing model.
