Share-Based Payment Arrangement	NOTE 8. STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION Stock-based compensation expense was $10,536 for the first quarter of fiscal 2024 and $7,134 for the first quarter of fiscal 2023. We calculate share-based compensation expense using the Black-Scholes-Merton standard option-pricing model.
