NOTE 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS We develop and sell devices that use spintronics, a nanotechnology that relies on electron spin rather than electron charge to acquire, store, and transmit information. We operate in one reportable segment.
