Note 8 – Commitments

a. Leases – As of March 31, 2018, our corporate office located at 340 Madison Avenue, New York, New York has a lease obligation of $3.2 million payable through March 31, 2025. The rent expense paid for this operating lease for the three months ended March 31, 2018 was approximately $19,000.

b. Legal Proceedings - We are a party to routine litigation incidental to our business. Some of the actions to which we are a party are covered by insurance and are being defended or reimbursed by our insurance carriers.
