Note 8 – Commitments

a. Leases - Our corporate office located at 717 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York has a remaining lease obligation of $0.2 million payable through September 2017. The rent expense paid for this operating lease for the three months ended March 31, 2017 was approximately $75,000. 

b. Legal Proceedings - We are a party to routine litigation incidental to our business. Some of the actions to which we are a party are covered by insurance and are being defended or reimbursed by our insurance carriers.
