Item 8.01 – Other Events

On July 14, 2022, the Board of Directors of Franklin Financial Services Corporation declared a $.32 per share regular cash dividend for the third quarter of 2022. This compares to a $.32 per share regular cash dividend for the second quarter of 2022. The regular quarterly cash dividend will be paid August 24, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2022.
