Due to an administrative error, the reporting person's Form 4 filed with the SEC on December 6, 2024 inadvertently reported a conversion of 3,871 Restricted Stock Units in Table II and a corresponding acquisition of 3,871 shares in Table I. This amendment eliminates the conversion of 3,871 Restricted Stock Units and corresponding acquisition of 3,871 shares.</footnote>
