As of March 5, 2015 and August 28, 2014, related party payables included $427 million and $660 million, respectively, due to Inotera primarily for the purchase of DRAM products. As of March 5, 2015 and August 28, 2014, related party payables also included $10 million and $13 million, respectively, due to Tera Probe for testing and probe services performed. As of March 5, 2015 and August 28, 2014, customer advances included $90 million and $90 million, respectively, for amounts received from a customer in 2014 under a DRAM supply agreement to be applied to purchases at market pricing through September 2016. As of March 5, 2015 and August 28, 2014, other noncurrent liabilities included $45 million and $90 million, respectively, from this DRAM supply agreement.
