Hanger, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K (the “Form 10-K”) for the year ended December 31, 2014 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense.  The Company requires additional time to prepare its financial statements to be filed as a part of the Form 10-K for the reasons set forth in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 17, 2015, which is incorporated herein by reference.
