Note 8 - Subsequent Event	NOTE 8 - SUBSEQUENT EVENT Newton Apartments has entered a purchase and sale contract and is scheduled to close in November, 2013. The Partnership’s management evaluated subsequent events through the time this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q was filed.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
