Fair Value Disclosures [Abstract]
NOTE 3 - FAIR VALUE OF FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS

We are required to disclose the estimated fair value of certain assets and liabilities in accordance with Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) Topic 825, “Financial Instruments.” As of June 30, 2014 and 2013, management believes that the carrying value of assets, cash and cash equivalents approximate fair value, due to the short maturity of our Level 1 financial instruments. The carrying amounts and estimated fair value of our financial instruments consisted of cash and cash equivalents of $8,240,595 and $10,431,474 as of June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2013, respectively. Based on borrowing rates currently available to us for loans with similar terms, the carrying value of short-term borrowings of $148,295 and $139,134 as of June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2013, respectively, approximate fair value and represent a Level 2 valuation.
