NOTE

9.

SUBSEQUENT EVENT

We entered into an agreement on

February 23, 2021

with a

third

-party agent to sell our facility in Merrifield, MN and some related assets. A liquidation auction was completed in

April

of

2021

for the Merrifield facility. We expect the sale to close in the

second

quarter of

2021

near the carrying value of the assets, however a sale transaction and the expected sale value is

not

guaranteed.
