RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During 2016, the Company entered into a consulting arrangement with a company co-owned by Matt Mahmood, who became the Chief Operating Officer of the Company on May 20, 2017. For the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2016, expenses were incurred in the amounts of $97,203, and $71,657, respectively.
