NOTE 9 – DEPOSITS

The aggregate amount of time deposits, each with a minimum denomination of $100,000, was approximately $521.5 and $614.6 million at December 31, 2011 and 2010. The amount of public fund deposits was $55.0 million and $70.5 million at December 31, 2011 and 2010. The amount of brokered deposits was $91.3 million and $246.1 million at December 31, 2011 and 2010.
