Supplementary Cash Flow Information	Note 9 — Supplementary Cash Flow Information Nonvested Awards The Company issued shares of common stock to certain key employees and non-management members of its Board of Directors. The grants to certain key employees were issued under nonvested stock bonus awards for services to be provided in the future by such officers and employees. The grants to the Board of Directors were fully vested on the date of grant. Refer to Note 6 for more information. Equipment and Software Acquired Under Capital Lease Obligations The Company acquired equipment and software under capital lease obligations in the amount of $1 million during the first three months of 2012 related to storage and other peripheral hardware.

Nonvested Awards

The Company issued shares of common stock to certain key employees and non-management members of its Board of Directors.
