(b) Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to terminate the employment of Gary Wetstein, its Chief Financial Officer, effective on or about March 31, 2008, due to the relocation of the Company’s executive offices to Miami. The Company has begun a search to hire a new person for the position who lives in the Miami vicinity. Mr. Wetstein may serve as a consultant to the Company after leaving the Company.
