Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 27, 2021, Stifel Financial Corp. (“Stifel” or the “Company”) reported its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the related press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
