At March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015, the amount of deposits includes related party deposits, primarily brokerage customers’ deposits from Stifel of $7.2 billion and $6.6 billion, respectively, and interest-bearing and time deposits of executive officers, directors, and their affiliates of $0.3 million and $0.3 million, respectively.
